What if I don’t hold any tokens?+
A verified zero balance gives you an egg. Your first FOMOSSAUR tokens hatch it. If the balance can’t be read, the sanctuary shows a waiting state until it can be verified.
Can I receive GLD just by holding?+
No. The thesis author must hold FOMOSSAUR in their verified FOMO wallet and have a verified FOMOSSAUR thesis. Without both, there is no GLD allocation. Eligible FOMO-wallet holdings determine the share.
Can entering someone else’s @ redirect their GLD?+
No. A handle selects a public FOMO profile; it does not prove ownership or choose a payment address. The keeper pays only the wallet FomoScan verifies for that thesis author, using that wallet’s holdings.
Do likes make my dinosaur or rewards bigger?+
Your connected wallet’s tokens grow the dinosaur. The thesis author’s FOMO-wallet tokens determine reward weight, and a verified thesis unlocks eligibility. Likes are appreciation and don’t increase either one. Petting, playing, and snacks are just for fun.
How much GLD could I receive?+
The default hourly budget is 1% of available reward GLD, shared according to eligible token holdings. With 1,000 available GLD and 20% of eligible holdings, the example is 2 GLD for that hour. Funding and everyone’s holdings change, so this is not a fixed return or a dollar value.
When does a new holder qualify?+
After the thesis author’s FOMO wallet is verified, its positive holdings must appear at two consecutive hourly checks. The smaller balance determines its weight. The keeper rechecks holdings and requires valid wallet identity and thesis evidence before sending.
Why might my real data still be waiting?+
The live token must be configured, and FomoScan must have both your thesis and a verified FOMO wallet for its author. An unknown wallet or missing thesis keeps rewards unavailable. Identity checks are cached for up to 24 hours; use the refresh time shown. Demo data never fills a missing result.
